Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Udloriak Hanson as Senior Advisor on Aboriginal Issues and Arctic Opportunities in the Executive Council, effective January 16, 2013, in accordance with a contract of employment on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, with Ms. Hanson to be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses for her relocation from Ottawa, Ontario to St. John’s in accordance with a plan to be pre-approved by the Clerk of the Executive Council and administered in accordance with Government’s Relocation Policy.
