Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2016, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of funds in the amount of $750,000 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Civil Division Allowances and Assistance, Main Object (Subhead 2.1.01.09) for the settlement of litigation file 2010 01G 4267.
