Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $8.2 million against its budget appropriations in each of 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20, to facilitate an agreement with Flextrack Inc. for Managed Service Provider services.
