Executive Council Act
Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agrifoods, effective October 28, 2016, with three branches as follows: a) Agrifoods Development; b) Fisheries and Aquaculture; and c) Forestry.
