Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Health and Community Services, effective October 28, 2016, with five branches as follows: a) Corporate Services; b) Medical Services; c) Policy, Planning and Performance Monitoring; d) Population Health; and e) Regional Services.
