Executive Council Act
Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective October 28, 2016, with three branches as follows: a) Fire, Emergency and Corporate Services; b) Lands; and c) Municipal Infrastructure and Support.
