Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, effective October 28, 2016, with two branches as follows: a) Regulatory Affairs; and b) Government Services.
