Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. John Baker as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Marine Services), in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective October 28, 2016, with salary at Step 12 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, in accordance with a contract of employment on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.(Revoked by OC2021-111)
