Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Brown as Private Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor, effective October 28, 2016, with salary as Step 12 on the 1216 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, in accordance with a contract of employment on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
