Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Marc Kielley as Assistant Deputy Minister (Regional Development and Diversification), on an acting basis, in the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, effective October 28, 2016, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
