Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Smith as Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate and School Infrastructure), in the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, effective October 28, 2016, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
