Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Michael Harvey as Assistant Deputy Minister (Policy, Planning and Performance Monitoring), in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective October 26, 2016, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
