Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robin Fowler as Assistant Deputy Minister (Courts and Corporate Services), in the Department of Justice and Public Safety, on an acting basis, effective October 28, 2016, in accordance with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
