Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Heather Tizzard as Assistant Deputy Minister (Municipal Infrastructure and Support), in the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective October 28, 2016, at her current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
