Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit funds in the amount of $1,106,500 against its 2017-2018 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Jenco Limited for heating and electrical upgrades at J.R. Smallwood Middle School.
