Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit funds in the amount of $403,200 against its 2017-18 budgetary appropriations; and $39,200 against its 2018-19 budgetary appropriations, to facilitate a one-year contract extension with Unisys Canada Inc.
