Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant to Ms. Mary Kettle, for an area of land not exceeding 47m², defined in application W-149534 and situated in the Town of Channel-Port aux Basques, for the purpose of an existing residence, subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
