Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gordon McIntosh as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources, effective December 5, 2016, with salary at Step 25 on the 2448 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
