Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Elizabeth Day as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, and Ms. Day will retain the responsibilities associated with Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Social Policy), on an acting basis, effective December 5, 2016, with salary at Step 21 on the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
