Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Genevieve (Gig) Dooling as Deputy Minister in the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, effective August 19, 2013, with salary at Step 9 on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
