Under the authority of section 85 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015, and on resolution of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Donovan Molloy, Q.C. as Information and Privacy Commissioner, effective November 28, 2016, with salary at EP-10, Step 25, and benefits to include payment of Law Society or other fees associated with the practice of law for the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
