Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Todd Stanley as Assistant Deputy Minister – Courts and Legal Services in the Department of Justice, effective August 19, 2013, with salary at Step 33 on the 1610 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with general salary increases applicable to the executive to apply, with benefits to include payment of practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to August 19, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein.
