Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:
a) Ms. Erin Delaney, full-time Review Commissioner;
b) Mr. Evan J. Kipnis, part-time Review Commissioner; and
c) Mr. Philip Sheppard, part-time Review Commissioner.
