Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2016, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of $171,389.32 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Civil Division Allowances and Assistance, Main Object (Subhead 2.1.01.09) for the settlement of litigation files.
