Under the authority of section 92.5 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
