Under the authority of paragraph 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Town of Gander to issue a Request for Proposals to select a supplier for the design, supply, and installation of a Chloramine Injection and Monitoring System, in accordance with Section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
