Under the authority of paragraph 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a Request for Proposals to select suppliers to design, construct and install water storage tanks, in accordance with section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998, for the towns of: 

a)       Bishop’s Falls, Woody Point, Port au Choix, Point Leamington, and Cape St. George; and

b)       Lewisporte, conditional upon approval of cost-shared funding from the Government of Canada.
