Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $500,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2017-18 and 2018-19, to facilitate the award of a two-year contract with Electronic Warfare Associates – Canada Limited for the provisioning of information protection and security services for Government’s electronic information assets and information technology infrastructure.
