Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding, in the amount of $950,000 against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal 2017-18, to facilitate the award of a contract to DMG Consulting Limited, to perform project management and materials testing for two provincial roads projects on the Trans Labrador Highway.
