Child and Youth Advocate Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Child and Youth Advocate Act and on resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jacqueline Lake Kavanagh as the Child and Youth Advocate, effective December 16, 2016, for a six-year term, with salary at an appropriate step on the EP-10 pay scale, with regular step increases to apply.
