Under authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease for 1,000 square feet of office space and an additional 1,750 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Justice, Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Division from Corner Brook Port Corporation, Corner Brook, NL, for a seven (7) month period from February 1, 2012 to August 31, 2012 at an increased rental rate of $20.00 per square foot ($55,000.00 per annum) exclusive of HST, and thereafter on a month to month basis if required, with all other terms and conditions to be the same as the original lease agreement.
