Under authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,600 square feet of storage space occupied by the Department of Justice, Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Division from Corner Brook Port Corporation, Corner Brook, NL for a period of five (5) months from February 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012 at a rental rate of $7.00 per square foot ($25,200 per annum), exclusive of HST, and thereafter on a month to month basis at the same rental rate, if required.
