Under the authority of section 53 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to amend Crown Transfer Document No. 101962, issued to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada to include additional Crown land comprising of an area not to exceed 102.432 hectares, located at Pussey’s Hills, in the Electoral District of Port de Grave, for the purpose of an expansion to the Department of National Defense military training and practice facility subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such transfers.
