Under the authority of section 65 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2011”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which are to come into force 60 days after publication in the Gazette.
