Under the authority of sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Executive Council Act and in accordance with section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant¿Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services or her designate and the Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs or his designate to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of the Yukon Territory and Memorial University regarding the purchase of a single undergraduate medical school seat at Memorial University, substantially along the lines of the draft agreement attached to the Minister’s Submission.
