Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a Grant for an area of Crown land not exceeding 1600 square metres, more particularly described in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, situated at Summerford, in the Electoral District of Twillingate & Fogo, to the Town of Summerford, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such Grants.
