Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gerry Donovan as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Marketing and Development in the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, effective February 7, 2012, with salary at step 5 of the 1450 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
