Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 24,004 square feet of office space at $25.50 per square foot and 1,655 square feet of mezzanine storage space at $9.00 per square foot occupied by Service NL, Government Service Centre and to be occupied by Finance, Economics & Statistics Branch, located at 5 Mews Place, St. John’s, NL for a term of five (5) years commencing April 7, 2012, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease agreement.
