Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of Climate Change, Energy Efficiency and Emissions Trading to pre-commit up to a maximum of $54,000 against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal year 2012-13 to facilitate the award of a contract to ICF Marbek to complete a study titled “A Study to Identify Greenhouse Gas Reduction Opportunities and Competitiveness Implications: Iron Ore Mining”.
