Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations of up to $31 million in 2012-13 and up to $10 million in 2013-14 to facilitate planning and early tendering processes for the Provincial Roads Program.
