Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Pamela J. Goulding, Q.C. as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective January 30, 2012, to serve in the Judicial Centre of St. John’s.
