Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Marilyn Field as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, effective from February 6, 2012 until the return of the permanent incumbent, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2328 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 for the duration of this assignment, and with Ms. Field to return to her position of Assistant Deputy Minister – Income, Employment and Youth Services in the Department of Advanced Education and Skills at her previous salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan upon the return of the permanent incumbent.
