Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Ellis Don Corporation Ltd. in relation to the Carbonear Long Term Care Facility as follows: $18,000,000 in 2012/13; $42,000,000 in 2013/14; $12,000,000 in 2014/15; and $399,159 in 2015/16.
