Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey to Douglas Gover and Pauline Gover of Carbonear, NL a parcel of land, situated along Earle’s Lane, Carbonear, having an area of 639.0 square metres and more particularly described and shown on the plan in Schedule “A” and Schedule “B” of Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the Minister of Transportation and Works.
