Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 800 square feet of office space occupied by the Labrador Affairs Office, Executive Office from Goose Real Estate Ltd. located at 21 Broomfield Street, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, for an additional twelve (12) month term, from December 1, 2011 to November 30, 2012, under the same terms and conditions of the original lease agreement and at an increased rental rate of $22.50 per square foot ($18,000.00 per annum) exclusive of HST.
