Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $4.275M against its budgetary appropriations in 2012/13 to facilitate the award of a contract to Newfoundland Electric Ltd. for the supply and installation of generators, associated equipment and distribution for the Confederation Building Complex.
