Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to pre-commit funding in the amount of $500,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15 to facilitate the award of contracts to Lawton’s Drug Store Limited for the provision of pharmaceutical services for the Bishop’s Falls Correctional Centre, Her Majesty’s Penitentiary, Corner Brook Detentions Centre and West Coast Correctional Centre for a three year period.
