Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Standing Fish Price-Setting Panel, for three-year terms, effective from a current date:
 a) Wayne Follett, as Chairperson;
 b) Rosalind Walsh, as Regular Member;
 c) William J. Carter, as Regular Member; and
 d) Brendon Condon, as Alternate Member.
