Under the authority of section 14 of the Conflict of Interest Act, 1995, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the incumbents of the following positions, and their successors, to the Conflict of Interest Advisory Committee:

 a) Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Service Commission;
 b) Assistant Deputy Minister (Legal Services), Department of Justice and Public Safety;
 c) Deputy Minister of the Human Resource Secretariat;
 d) Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Works; and
 e) President of the College of the North Atlantic.
