Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 48 m² situated at Nine Island Pond in the Electoral District ofHarbour Main, to Angus Matthews for the purpose ofa boathouse and wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
